Why You Need a Bunk Buffer
College life is unpredictable. From seasonal illnesses to family events, placement drives, and technical festivals, missing classes is sometimes unavoidable. The best way to prevent last-minute examination panic is to maintain a healthy bunk buffer early in the semester.
How the EasySBTET Bunk Calculator Works
When you query your PIN on EasySBTET, our algorithm calculates your buffer dynamically:
- Positive Buffer (+X Periods): You have extra attendance beyond 75%. You can miss up to X periods and still stay in the safe zone.
- Zero Buffer (0 Periods): You are exactly at 75.00%. Missing even one class will plunge you into the condonation fee bracket!
- Negative Deficit (-Y Periods): You are currently below 75%. The calculator tells you the exact count of consecutive classes you must attend to climb back into safety.
Golden Rule of Bunking: Never exhaust your buffer before mid-semester examinations. Leave at least 15 to 20 buffer periods for the final weeks when lab sessions and revisions are intense.
