EasySBTET
Namaskaram! Polytechnic students, We are from Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Hyderabad, currently in our Diploma Final Year.
Whenever a polytechnic student wanted to see their attendance percentage or check examination results, they had to struggle with slow, overcrowded government portals. Frequently, the official board servers would throw connection timeouts or errors, preventing students from accessing their basic academic details.
Furthermore, checking attendance required passing repetitive, tricky captchas. And checking results demanded navigating complex dropdown forms—selecting admission years, semesters, schemes, and exam session windows every single time.
We built EasySBTET to solve all of that. Instead of endless hurdles, EasySBTET allows students to simply enter their 11-digit roll number (PIN) and instantly view their verified attendance percentage, color-coded calendar, backlog subjects, Mid 1/Mid 2 internals, and SGPA calculations in a clean, modern dashboard.
When you enter your PIN, our backend communicates with official Telangana SBTET endpoints to retrieve verified data. To prevent timeouts when state servers are overloaded, our database temporarily caches the response.
Subsequent queries load in milliseconds directly from our high-speed cache, eliminating lag and delivering a zero-wait experience even during exam result release days.
Join 10,000+ diploma students receiving instant exam fee dates, timetable alerts, results releases, and attendance notifications directly on WhatsApp.
Join Official WhatsApp ChannelThe State Board of Technical Education and Training Telangana (TG/TS SBTET) enforces strict attendance criteria governing examination eligibility and diploma progression. Every diploma student is classified into one of three attendance categories at semester end:
Students maintaining 75% or greater aggregate attendance are automatically awarded exam hall tickets without any penalty. This is the mandatory baseline target for regular students.
Students whose attendance falls between 65% and 74.99% may be granted condonation on valid medical grounds, subject to paying the official condonation fee and principal approval.
Students securing less than 65% aggregate attendance are strictly detained. They are barred from semester end exams and must repeat the semester in the next academic year.
EasySBTET implements an exact mathematical formula to give students actionable guidance:
floor((Present Days - 0.75 × Total Days) / 0.75). This tells you how many consecutive working days you can afford to miss while remaining above the 75% cutoff.ceil((0.75 × Total Days - Present Days) / 0.25). This tells you the exact number of consecutive classes you must attend to enter the 75% safe zone.Under the latest outcome-based diploma curriculum (C-24 and C-21 schemes), Telangana polytechnics employ a 10-point credit-based grading scale. Letter grades are awarded based on combined internal assessments (Mid 1 + Mid 2) and final board end examinations:
| Grade | Marks Range | Grade Points | Performance Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| O | 90% to 100% Marks | 10 | Outstanding |
| A+ | 80% to 89.99% Marks | 9 | Excellent |
| A | 70% to 79.99% Marks | 8 | Very Good |
| B+ | 60% to 69.99% Marks | 7 | Good |
| B | 50% to 59.99% Marks | 6 | Above Average |
| C | 40% to 49.99% (35% in C-18/16) | 5 | Pass |
| F | Below 40% (or Below 35%) | 0 | Fail / Active Backlog |
Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) is computed by weighting the grade points earned in each subject by its assigned credits:
SGPA = Σ (Subject Credits × Grade Points) / Total Semester Credits
Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is the weighted average of SGPA across all completed semesters. EasySBTET automates this entire calculation instantly.
Input your 11-digit roll number formatted as YYCCC-XX-NNN (for example, 24264-CS-031) in the search field on the home page.
Our secure cloud worker communicates with state board servers and pulls your verified student record in under a second.
Inspect your percentage, view day-by-day calendar entries, check backlog lists, or click "Also search for results" for your full marks memo.

EasySBTET is an educational dashboard designed exclusively for polytechnic diploma students under the State Board of Technical Education and Training Telangana (TG/TS SBTET). By inputting your student PIN, EasySBTET queries verified public board APIs to calculate live attendance, show day-to-day calendars, list backlogs, and compute SGPA grades.
Students must maintain at least 75% aggregate attendance for regular semester exam eligibility. Students between 65% and 74.99% can apply for medical condonation upon payment of the official condonation fee approved by the institution principal. Attendance below 65% results in academic detention.
We use a mathematical margin formula: If your attendance is above 75%, it calculates how many consecutive working days you can afford to miss while staying above 75%. If your attendance is below 75%, it tells you the exact number of consecutive classes you must attend without absence to enter the 75% safe zone.
EasySBTET supports all current and past SBTET schemes including C-24, C-21, C-18, and C-16 across every engineering and non-engineering polytechnic branch: CSE, AIML, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, Automobile, Commercial Practice, and Pharmacy.
After fetching your attendance on the main page, click the "Also search for results" button. EasySBTET retrieves your semester examination files and displays a consolidated marks memo with internal marks (Mid 1 and Mid 2), end examination marks, credits, and semester SGPA.
When you visit our registration page and enable alerts for your PIN, our autonomous background agent regularly monitors official biometric/FRS updates. The moment new attendance is posted by your faculty, a push notification is delivered to your device.
An SBTET PIN consists of 11 characters formatted as YYCCC-XX-NNN: YY is the year of admission (e.g. 24), CCC is the 3-digit college code (e.g. 264 for AITS, 001 for Masab Tank), XX is the 2-letter branch code (CS, EC, EE, ME, CE), and NNN is the student roll number (e.g. 031).
SGPA is calculated using credit weightage: SGPA = Sum of (Subject Credits × Grade Points) / Total Semester Credits. Grade points are awarded as: O = 10, A+ = 9, A = 8, B+ = 7, B = 6, C = 5, and F = 0.
No. EasySBTET strictly respects student privacy. Academic records are fetched in real-time from public board endpoints and cached temporarily solely to prevent timeouts when government servers are slow. We do not sell or share personal student information.
