What is Attendance Condonation?
Condonation is a statutory discretion granted to the College Academic Committee and the Secretary, SBTET, allowing genuine students who missed classes due to unforeseen medical emergencies or authorized official duties to appear for examinations despite falling below the 75% threshold, provided their attendance is at least 65.00%.
Required Documentation for Condonation

- Prescriptions and Diagnostic Reports: Corresponding to the dates of absence.
- Leave Application Letter: Endorsed by the student's parent or legal guardian.
- Departmental Recommendation: Signed by the Mentor, Faculty In-charge, and Head of Department (HOD).
