What is a Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)?
A Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM) is the official comprehensive academic transcript issued by SBTET Telangana upon the successful completion of all three academic years (or six semesters) of a diploma course. Unlike individual semester memos, the CMM lists all subjects, credits, and grades earned across your entire diploma career in a single document.
Importance of CMM
- TS ECET Counselling: Mandatory for engineering lateral entry admission into B.Tech second year.
- Employment Verification: Public sector undertakings (PSUs) and multinational companies require CMM to verify final percentage/CGPA.
- Higher Education & Passports: Serves as authoritative legal proof of educational qualification.
Procedure to Obtain CMM
- Clear all backlog subjects across all semesters.
- The college examination in-charge submits a comprehensive completion manifest to the SBTET Computer Cell.
- Pay the prescribed certificate fee via the official SBTET student portal.
- Collect your stamped, embossed CMM and Provisional Certificate from your institution's examination branch.
